Neil Robinson (Chair)
I am Qualified as Chartered Accountant, working in professional practice for last 40 years and have served on the COM since 2007. I was elected as Chair in September 2015.
Frances Miller (Vice Chair)
I have previously held a senior manager position for a UK Company where I established a range of services for people living with complex needs and sight loss across the UK, to improve the quality of life for people with learning disabilities. My leadership focused on managing, developing and motivating teams with the aim of delivering sustainable services. I have a sound understanding of the challenges facing the delivery of health and social care in Scotland and UK. I was elected Vice Chair in March 2016. COM Member since July 2014.
I am a retired chartered surveyor with extensive experience in the social housing sector and senior level experience in both public and private sector construction. COM member since August 2012.
I am a family & criminal lawyer and currently an associate within a well-respected and commercially successful practice. COM member since July 2013.
Anthony Keith Jones
I have many years’ senior management in UK energy companies including some overseas assignments. Since retirement, offer volunteer services to 3 different Scottish based charities along with The Princes Trust. COM member since July 2015.
I am an experienced senior manager within the care and support sector within both operations and HR. I have also spent time volunteering for Marys Meals and Kiya Survivors (Peru). COM member since March 2016
I have 15 years’ experience as a management consultant with an international firm and experience of business at both the strategic and operational levels. I am an ICF certified coach and a qualified NLP practitioner. COM member since March 2017.
I am now retired after a life spent in the maintenance and improvement of affordable social housing in both England and Scotland.
I live in the country & can be seen running or walking the back roads or footpaths near where I live. Owner of Casper. COM member since March 2017.

Casper is a 3-year-old male Bedlington terrier who is always getting stopped by people as he is so unusual.
I have been employed by a utilities business for 27 years. I’ve been employed 20 years as a leader of customer facing employees, delivering a range of services. In addition to my years of experience, I have a OU Certificate of Higher Education in Business Management and I am looking forward to studying for a degree in the near future when family circumstances allow. COM member since May 2018. (Sub-committee co-optee since 2016).
My main career was with the Metropolitan Police from 1963 until 1994. I served as an Edinburgh City Councillor from 2007 to 2012 and within the Scottish tourism industry for varying periods. I first joined the COM in 2013 and resigned due to moving away, I returned to the COM in July 2019.
I am a member of the Charted accountants of Scotland and a panel member of the Children’s hearing system. I currently work for a large public sector organisation as the Head of Financial Systems. I have experience in long term financial modelling, ICT management and development, business planning and procurement. COM member since July 2019.
I have worked as Executive Director of Sales and Marketing for Housing Services Inc. (a subsidiary of Toronto community housing). I have vast experience of volunteering and non-executive positions on boards of management. I have acted as treasurer and president of Elizabeth Fry Toronto. COM member since 2019.
