Hamilton
Purpose
Hamilton is a residential housing support project situated near Hamilton town centre. This property is owned by the Association and has operated as supported accommodation since 1996. The project is a partnership between South Lanarkshire Council and Blue Triangle and its main purpose is to prepare service users for sustainable levels of independent living.

The project has 10 bedrooms, together with shared bathrooms, kitchens and laundry facilities. There are also staff offices.
In addition to the core project there are also 3 satellite flats located 10 minutes walk from the main project.
Support Provision

In addition to supporting service users accommodated in the project the workers also provide a housing support service to the 3 satellite flats.
In addition to the key work service the project also has regular service user meetings to discuss pertinent issues relating to the accommodation and support.
Moving On
Service users usually move on from the project to either Local Authority or Housing Association tenancies.
Staffing
The project is staffed 24/7 with a team consisting of Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Workers.
