Purpose
Argyle Street is a further supported accommodation project and is situation in the West End of Pa
isley near the Town Centre. This property is owned by Paisley South Housing Association and has been in operation as Blue Triangle supported accommodation since May 2010. From Argyle Street project there are also four scatter flats within the local community all based very near the main project.

The service is registered with the Care Inspectorate for a maximum of 11 persons, siven within the core project and four scatter flats. These are for young single homeless people aged from 16 to 25 years.
Accommodation and Facilities
All accommodation consists of one bedroom flat with individual kitchen, lilving room and bathroom. There is also a staff office on site.
Support Provision
On moving into the accommodation, each service user is allocated their own Support Worker who role is to assess, coordinate and review the housing support service provided. This involves regular weekly key work meetings, 6 weekly reviews and providing a link with other professionals.
In addition to the key work service the project also has regular service user meetings to discuss pertinent issues relating to the accommodation and support.
Moving On
Service users usually move on from the project to either Local Authority or Housing Association tenancies. Support Staff can also provide ongoing support for a time once the move has been made.
Staffing
The project is staffed 24/7 with a team consisting of Project Manager, two Team Leaders, Support Workers and Housing Assistants.
Referral Route
All service users are referred to the project by Renfrewshire Council’s homeless services.
