Service users who are dissatisfied with our services normally raise complaints at their local project level. Such complaints are dealt with by project staff at this level.
On occasion, you may want to raise a complaint online and have this complaint addressed by senior management staff. For example, this approach could be appropriate when you want to complain about services provided by all project management staff.
